Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Prices are quoted in Fijian Dollars (FJD) unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via email. The following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 7 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
• 3-7 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before departure: No refund
• No-show: No refund

3. Changes to Bookings

Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but cannot guarantee changes can be made.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings. S Transfers & Tours is not responsible for any losses not covered by insurance.

5. Health & Safety

Guests must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or dietary requirements at the time of booking. Some activities may not be suitable for pregnant women, people with heart conditions, or other health issues. Participation in activities is at your own risk.

6. Liability

S Transfers & Tours acts as an agent for various service providers including hotels, transport operators, and activity providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by these third parties. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services booked.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions.

8. Conduct

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect local customs, other guests, and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a booking if a guest's behavior is deemed inappropriate or dangerous.

9. Privacy

We collect and store personal information in accordance with Fiji's privacy laws. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the services you have booked.
